What did students Achieve from this program?

"I enjoyed doing the exercises that the training involved. The one that I enjoyed the most was when we had to go into 2 groups and within our group, we had to follow the movement of the person at the front. Every time the person at front changes, we then had a new leader and meant we had to communicate through our movements and we also had to be aware of our surroundings. This was a good exercise that built a good foundation on teamwork and our awareness of our surroundings. I also enjoyed the exercise where we were given a scenario in private and we had to use only facial expressions to express this scenario to our partners and they had to guess what it was. I also particular enjoyed when we were challenged to learn the choreography in a short space of time. Initially I felt that it was very overwhelming. However, I noticed that my pick up and memory with choreography improved."

"My mindset is more like a dancer than just someone who is doing it as a hobby. I achieved the goal of really thinking about the "im here to PERFORM" instead of just doing choreo. Making every movement count, with intention. I'm not perfect and not 100% there but it's is a seed now planted in my head which I will be thinking of. "

"To be comfortable with my body. Don’t focus on what I can’t do but to elevate what I can do."

-Online Student

"I feel like I’ve learned that I am much more capable when it comes to picking up choreography, as this was the first time that I’ve danced a whole track within choreography. I received a very special feeling last Sunday during my solo performance with all the amazing energies around to support . It was a blessing from you to have been given this opportunity to grow as a dancer, a human, achieving so much more of my potential & pushing way past my limits because of you. I'm very grateful Arben Thank You!"

-In-Studio Student

"I’ve learned how to pick up choreo quicker and to a better standard. Focusing on the music, feeling and seeing the choreo as an opportunity to tap in to a different part/version of myself to help me relax and focus on the energy/feeling/performance.

I’m not as much of an overthinker as I once was!"
-In-Studio Student

"How to juggle what might feel like too much at a time. To push through pressure and be attentive to the state of my mindset throughout the process"
-In-Studio Student

What did students like the most in the program?

"I Like the feeling of dancing as a group and sharing leadership roles, it made me feel like I broke a barrier in which I feel like I can take the big step & teach Hip Hop to rooms of people one day."

"Loved how you opened my eyes to see, feel and be mindful that dancing is more than learning and remembering steps. It’s knowing and feeling yourself. It’s letting go of fear hearing and seeing musicality and opening myself to emotion and telling a story from the beginning not after I learn steps."

-Online Student

"The structure and foundations to really remember when performing. Everytime I would struggle with for example the spacing or "hoping" people behind me were doing the same as me, I would remember the activity of letting the person at the front lead and trusting the group. In the moment you don't see the us of these activities but I really saw the deep value over the weeks. You can tell this programme was built from a professional eye."

-In-Studio Student

"I LOVED learning about all the different aspects that come together to create the best performance. Learning about breathing, character/story telling, energy, performing solo vs with a group, giving the camera 500% etc

I loved all the different exercises/drills we did to work on these.
I loved the final sessions where we got to perform and experience a mini version of being on set rather than just a class kind of video. This felt like serious stuff and it was a great experience/opportunity. Wasn’t expecting it at all."
-In-Studio Student

"The detailed explanation about choreo gave me more understanding where should be soft, where should be strong, with a power, specially at the second class. And liked the last part how Arben naturally messed up the choreo but it was unnoticeable and managed to get back, about how to have a connection to the music. There was a lot of information, which I should go through again and digest. Remember what he said: the worst thing what happens we improve. It was interesting about a performance: that need to give energy to the front row, and being 200% for camera recording."
-Online Student

"The light that was shed into the “background” lessons like breathing techniques so you’re not totally out of breath at the end of choreo and the impact of facial expressions"
